Amber Evangeline Valletta (Phoenix, 9 February 1974) is an American actress and model of Portuguese origin. She has played Allegra Cole, the dream woman of Albert Brenneman (Kevin James) in the romantic comedy Hitch and Madison Elizabeth Frank, the missing woman is central to the thriller What Lies Beneath.

Valletta married in 1994 with the male model Hervé Le Bihan, but divorced him two years later. In September 2003 she remarried Christian McCaw, a former volleyball player for the United States stood at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Their first child, Auden McCaw was born in October 2000.
