Oscar Leonard Carl Pistorius (born 22 November 1986 in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa), also known as the Fastest man on no legs and Blade Runner , is a South African sprinter and world record holder, a present from birth missed by a genetic defect, the fibula and the outer side of the feet.
